WEB DESK: Three independent candidates Muhammad Khan Bugti , Barrister Aqeel Malik and Raja Khurram Nawaz on Saturday announced joining the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
Mian Muhammad Khan Bugti from NA-253
In a video posted on social media website X by the PML-N, Mian Muhammad Khan Bugti announced his joining of PML-N.
In the video, he can be heard saying that he is "highly grateful to Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif for inviting me to join PML-N".
Bugti won as an independent candidate NA-253 constituency of Ziarat-cum-Harnai-cum-Sibbi-cum-Kohlu-cum-Dera Bugti with 46,683 votes.
Barrister Aqeel Malik from NA-54
Similarly, Barrister Aqeel Malik officially announced his joining of PML-N via a video posted on X.
In a video posted on X, he said "This seat used to belong belonged to Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and will always belong to him. I want to thank Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif and my leader Chief Organiser Maryam Nawaz for this victory".
Malik won an an independent candidate from NA-54 constituency in Rawalpindi with 85,912 votes.
Raja Khurram Nawaz from NA-48
Raja Khurram Nawaz announced joining PML-N, as well.
The independent who from NA-48 constituency in Islamabad with 69,699 votes.
